Shipping Policy

  • We ship within Australia only

  • Free standard shipping on orders over $50

  • Orders $50 or under incur a shipping fee (shown at checkout)

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment

  • Delivery usually takes 3-9 business days depending on locations

  • In-store pickup is available — please contact us to arrange

  • Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout

Return & Exchange Policy

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

  • Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for:

    • Screen protectors once opened or installed

    • Used or installed accessories

    • Repair services

Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery

  • We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns

  • We will cover return shipping for faulty or incorrect items

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the return is approved and received

  • Please allow 3–8 business days for the refund to appear in your account
